Justin Tan is a dynamic professional with a background in industrial and systems engineering, recognized for his expertise in financial modelling and analysis. Justin is a Co-Founder for TPJV, he oversees acquisitions and capital markets. Justin has underwritten over $250 million in development opportunities across a spectrum of real estate assets. His experience extends to navigating complex capital stack financing for hospitality, multifamily, single-family funds, assisted living facilities, and independent living facilities.
